My Story

Meet Lynwood Guy.

For more than 40 years, Lynwood Guy has made a living doing what he loves: growing quality plants and helping others do the same.

Born and raised on Virginia's Eastern Shore, Lynwood grew up in a community where agriculture is a way of life. Over the years, he built a career managing large-scale produce and horticultural operations, helping growers improve plant quality, increase production, and solve all kinds of challenges in plant production.

While much of his career focused on commercial produce production, the last decade has been dedicated to one of his favorite crops: roses. Through hands-on experience and years of trial, error, and success, he has developed expert knowledge in rose production, plant health, and nursery management. For the past four years, roses grown under his leadership have been selected for planting in the White House Rose Garden, a distinction that speaks to the quality and consistency of the plants he produces.

Today, Lynwood lives on Virginia's Eastern Shore with his family and works with nurseries and commercial growers across the country. Whether you're starting a wholesale rose program from the ground up, expanding an existing operation, or looking to improve quality and consistency, he'll provide practical guidance tailored to your location, growing conditions, and goals.

He's seen what works, what doesn't, and pretty much everything in between. You can only get this level of experience by spending decades in the field.
